Privacy Statement 2Man Trading Company B.V.
2Man Trading Company B.V. (hereafter: 2Man), including its activities incorporated in the brand-names 2Man Business Strategies, TrafficQuest, Phoenix Optical Systems and Ideaze, is a services provider and producer that focuses on business-to-business areas. Services and products that 2Man offers, among other things, include business consultation, product development and production, and communication services.
Data is processed when these services are performed or when goods need to be delivered to you. Processing this data is usually (technically) necessary to make our service possible. The privacy statement explains how 2Man handles the data that it holds. In addition, you can read why 2Man processes certain types of data and which rights you have.
Who is responsible for processing your data
2Man products and services are only offered to both business and consumer markets. This means that 2Man delivers to companies and consumers. In many cases, the company you work for is responsible for the use of your data. We have made mutual agreements about handling of your data. You can request more information about these agreements from your employer.
Which types of personal data 2Man processes
In this section you will find an overview of the data that is used per service / product. An explanation per column:

How personal data are used
In the first place, 2Man processes your data for the provision of services. For example, it is necessary to know your e-mail address when we want to deliver a message to you. In order to get in touch with you, 2Man must have your telephone number. In addition, 2Man uses your data for production, having products produced on its own or by third party facilities; and when resolving warranty, technical or service related problems. Finally, your data will be used to optimize our services and improve our communications to you.
Which rights do you have
Based on European privacy legislation, you have different rights that you can exercise in regards to your data. This section describes your rights. If you wish to exercise one or more rights, please contact us. You can do so by sending a letter to our address or by sending an e-mail.
To process your request 2Man needs at least the following information from you:
– Your full name;
– your address;
– if you submit your request to us on behalf of a company, please send proof that you are entitled to act on behalf of the company.
– If you request us as a private party, we will gladly receive a copy of a valid proof of identity (please note that you provide the copy with a watermark and cover the Citizen Service Number).
In order to be able to guarantee your rights, it may be necessary in some cases to receive additional information from you.
Access your data
You have the right to know which types of personal data are processed by 2Man. You can submit a request for inspection by letter or by e-mail. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.
Correction of your data
If the data that 2Man has is not correct, you can have the request us to correct your data. Please contact us for this. We expect you to state in your message or letter which information is incorrect and how this data should be corrected.
Objection and deletion of your data
In certain cases, you can request that we stop processing your data and delete it. Such a request is possible, for example, when you no longer use our services or you have serious objections to the processing of your data. If you have serious objections to the processing of your data, we expect you to state in your request what your objections are.
Limitation of processing
If you want to correct your data or have it removed, you can temporarily stop the processing during the time that your application is pending. Despite a possible restriction, we may continue to store your data. When it becomes clear that your request is justified, we will execute your request. If 2Man is of the opinion that your request is unfounded, the processing of your data will be resumed.
Transfer your data
You can request a copy of your data we have in our possession. The copy only concerns the data that we have processed with your permission or for the execution of your information and / or order. We will deliver the copy in a standard file format.
Submit a complaint to the Authority
Are you not satisfied with the way 2Man guarantees your privacy? Please contact us so we can find a solution together. You can also submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Revocation of given permission
If you have given permission for the processing of your data, you can withdraw this consent at any time. For example, withdrawal of permission can be done in the settings menu of the application if this application has requested permission. It is not necessary to send 2Man a letter or e-mail with the notice that you withdraw your consent.

Reporting a (possible) security breach?
In the event of a (possible) breach of the security of personal data, the parties involved are requested to inform 2Man about this as soon as possible via kees@2man.eu, stating ‘Datalek’ in the subject line of the message.
